Two men have died and a woman has been left fighting for life after a horror two-vehicle crash.
The incident occurred at the intersection between Gin Gin Road and Line Road, in South Kolan, near Bundaberg, in south-east Queensland at 2.44pm on Saturday.
A 78-year-old man from Bullyard and a 55-year-old man from Bundaberg Park Village were both killed in the smash.
A silver Holden Commodore that was travelling on Gin Gin Road is understood to have collided with a grey Chrysler 300c at the intersection.
A 75-year-old woman, who was also travelling in the Chrysler, suffered life-threatening injuries and was rushed to Bundaberg Base Hospital.
Rescuers from the Queensland Fire Department also attended the scene and a LifeFlight helicopter was also called in to assist emergency services.
The road was closed for several hours.
Queensland Police have urged anyone with information or dashcam footage to come forward.
